A Houston man was detained by officers with Harris County Constable Precinct 6 after he was observed standing in front of a police cruiser in the middle of the street while other officers responded.
This happened in the 1700 block of Emancipation Avenue, Houston, TX on May 12, 2022, in front of an ExxonMobile gas station around 10:30 p.m.
