Daughter arrested for strangulating mother on Forest Knoll in Harris County

According to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, Vivian Kefauver, aged 79, was found unresponsive on November 17, 2023, in Harris County. She was pronounced deceased at a hospital with visible signs of trauma. Investigations later revealed that she was a victim of homicide, having suffered severe injuries related to strangulation. Her daughter and primary caretaker, Suzette Kefauver, aged 59, has been arrested and is now in Harris County Jail.
