A Houston driver was caught on dashcam narrowly missing the entrance ramp after they decided it would be a good idea to enter the freeway last minute.
This video was taken at the 59/288 Southbound entrance on Webster St in Midtown, Houston on June 12, 2022 at about 2 a.m.
