HARRIS COUNTY, TX – A newborn was found in the trash earlier this morning by sanitation workers.
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, they were dispatched just before 9:30 a.m. to the 13200 block of Fountaincrest Court in the Chimney Hill subdivision located in northwest Harris County.
When deputies arrived they found an infant at the bottom of a waste collection truck. They believe the baby is a boy between one and thirty days old.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide Division is currently investigating and this is a developing story. We will update you as soon as we learn more.
