CLAYMONT, DE – Delaware State Police are investigating a shooting that occurred Friday night outside Ridge Liquors in Claymont.
On Sept. 5, 2025, around 11:30 p.m., troopers were called to the 300 block of Ridge Road after a 34-year-old Pennsylvania man arrived at a nearby hospital with gunshot wounds.
Investigators determined the man had been in the parking lot of Ridge Liquors when unidentified suspects shot him. He was able to drive himself to a Pennsylvania hospital, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
