HOT SPRINGS, AR – The Hot Springs Police Department is actively searching for 17-year-old Raymond Tucker Lenard, who has been reported as a runaway juvenile.
Raymond is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 250 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. His last known location was in Montgomery County on September 10, 2025, but authorities believe he may have returned to the Hot Springs or Garland County area.
