FRANKFORD, DE – Delaware State Police have identified 22-year-old Michael Peterson, of Millville, as the man who died in a fatal motorcycle crash Thursday afternoon.
The Delaware State Police Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit is continuing to investigate the crash.
