FAULKNER COUNTY, AR – An AMBER Alert has been issued for 8-year-old Colt Ryder Brussel and 5-year-old Bradley Browning Brussel, who are believed to be with their non-custodial parent, 39-year-old Phillip Andrew Brussel.
The children were last seen around 6 a.m. on September 20, 2025, at a residence on Wye Mountain Estate Loop in Bigelow. Authorities believe they may be traveling to Florida.
Phillip Brussel is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, weighing 245 pounds, with a bald head, brown beard, and hazel eyes.
Colt is described as a white male, 4 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 100 pounds, with sandy blonde hair and blue eyes. Bradley is described as a white male, 3 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 60 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
The suspect may be driving a red 2016 Chrysler Town & Country minivan with Arkansas license plate USAMVCT. The front of the vehicle reportedly displays a novelty plate that reads “SPOILED AND PROUD OF IT.” The van is reported stolen.
