BATON ROUGE, LA – Baton Rouge Police have arrested three individuals in connection with the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Micah Booker during an attempted armed robbery earlier this month.

The incident occurred around 10:20 p.m. on October 4, 2025, in the 7800 block of Scenic Highway. Booker was shot and transported to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Homicide detectives identified and arrested Kaleb Raffety, 18, Kobe Grandberry, 17, and a 16-year-old male for their alleged involvement. All three have been charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, armed robbery, and illegal use of a weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
