REDWOOD CITY, CA – A 35-year-old man was arrested after investigators determined a fire at a Redwood City apartment complex may have been intentionally set.

Around 7:53 a.m. on November 1, officers with the Redwood City Police Department and crews from the Redwood City Fire Department responded to reports of flames coming from an apartment building in the 1300 block of Marshall Street.
