LITTLE ROCK, AR – A shooting on Interstate 630 westbound near the two-mile marker left three people injured Saturday evening, including two juveniles and a young woman.

The incident occurred shortly after 7 p.m. on December 27, 2025. According to Arkansas State Police, six individuals were traveling in one vehicle when shots were fired from another vehicle. The victims’ vehicle pulled onto the shoulder following the gunfire, while the suspect vehicle fled the scene.
Two 16-year-old males were taken to Arkansas Children’s Hospital. One was treated and released; the other remains hospitalized. A 22-year-old woman was transported to UAMS, where she also remains hospitalized. The three other occupants, all minors, were not injured.
The Arkansas State Police Criminal Investigation Division is handling the investigation. Additional updates will be provided as information becomes available.
