HOUSTON, TX – A 40-year-old man was killed after his vehicle struck a curb, multiple objects and a tree along Stella Link Road in southwest Houston, Saturday night.
The crash occurred around 9:10 p.m. in the 7000 block of Stella Link Road. According to the Houston Police Department Vehicular Crimes Division, a black Jeep Grand Cherokee was traveling southbound when it failed to maintain a single lane, struck a curb and multiple objects, and then came to a stop after hitting a tree.
Houston Fire Department paramedics transported the driver, identified as Mark Sacra, 40, to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
No other vehicles or persons were involved.
The investigation is ongoing.
