HOUSTON, TX – A man was shot in the leg outside a Jack in the Box in northwest Houston.
Police responded to the shooting at the restaurant located at the corner of Mangum Road and West 34th Street, near a Metro stop. Officers found an adult male with a gunshot wound to the leg.
The male told police he had been shot by another person, but officers were not certain if the injury may have been self-inflicted or accidental as the man was reportedly uncooperative. Police also found a firearm on the male.
The injury is believed to be non-life-threatening.
