HOUSTON, TX – Police executed a search warrant at an after-hours club in northeast Houston following ongoing complaints from residents.
The incident occurred at the Good Friday Club located at 6507 Laura Koppe.
Officers with the Northeast Division responded after receiving numerous complaints about disturbances and crime tied to the location. Upon arrival, officers observed approximately 75 to 90 people at the scene, who ran into the building.
Police executed a search warrant at the business, and one male was taken into custody in connection with the operation.
Residents had reported ongoing issues including loud noise, screeching tires, gunshots, and other criminal activity associated with the club operating without a permit.
