HOUSTON, TX – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a train in the Rice Military area near Woodcrest Park.
The incident occurred in the 6100 block of Stillman Street. Union Pacific train engine 2769 was involved.
The pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene.
