WEBSTER, TX – A woman is dead after a shooting took place in a shopping center parking lot in Webster.
According to the Webster Police Department, around 11:40 p.m. a 35-year-old female was found in the 20800 block of the Gulf Freeway with several gunshot wounds.
During the initial homicide investigation, police developed a person of interest. Negotiators spoke to the person of interest over the phone for several hours attempting to develop a peaceful resolution, however, around 5:30 p.m. on August 10, 2024 he was found deceased from a self-inflicted gunshot wound in the 4000 block of Beatrice Street in Dickinson, TX.
