November 20, 2022 - A jeep hit a power pole at the corner of Will Clayton Pkwy and Cascade House in front of the Woodland Pines subdivision before coming to a stop in a ditch. https://www.youtube.com/embed/p4_kaNyfa-U In a notification sent to customers just before 4 a.m., Centerpoint stated there were about 4,989 customers without power in the area. At this time, it is not known what caused the crash.

November 19, 2022 - The Atascocita Volunteer Fire Department responded to a report of a fire in the 18200 block of Enchanted Rock Trail in Atascocita, TX around 5:30 p.m. Firefighters were able to quickly put out the flames. There is no word on what caused the fire or the amount of damages sustained. There have been no reports of injuries. November 18, 2022 - According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, a local businesswoman was followed by two suspects to her home in the 5400 block of Melody Park Ln. in north Houston. A neighbor believes he heard four gunshots as he was leaving for dinner just after 7 p.m. The woman, police say was exiting her vehicle after parking inside the garage when four suspects began to assault her. Another woman inside the home called 9-1-1. When Harris Cunty Sheriff's deputies arrived, they saw two masked men leaving the home. One of these men pointed a weapon at deputies and one of the deputies discharged their weapon at the man and wound him. He was taken to a local hospital and was treated for his injuries. November 18, 2022 - A fire destroyed a building at the Rock Creek at Hollow Tree Apartment Homes located in the 200 Block of Hollow Tree Lane in north Houston. One resident living inside the building which was destroyed (Building 18) stated that the fire broke out around midnight and started in the middle of Building 18. Officials have not released an official cause of the fire at this time but said the firefighters arrived around 11:45 p.m., 16 units were damaged and a firefighter was transported to a local hospital for treatment after suffering smoke inhalation. November 17, 2022 - A 30-year-old man was rescued after on a power transmission tower near E. Hardy Rd and Parker Road. The Houston Police Department's Mental Health Unit and the Houston Fire Department were able to talk the man down and were able to take him to a mental health evaluation. Two men are dead after a double shooting occurred outside of a Fuel Depot gas station located at 11575 Bissonnet Street in Houston, TX just after 11 p.m. on November 17, 2022. Police believe at this time the shooting may be drug or gang-related and that one of these victims may have been a teenager. The suspect, a light-skinned black male with brownish dreadlocks is still on the run after taking off from the scene on foot.
