The Houston Fire Department was dispatched just after 10:30 on July 26, 2022. Firefighters were able to quickly contain the fire and put it out, but there appeared to be extensive damage inside the building. Alart Tool & Die is a machining company that was founded in 1972 and is a family-owned and operated company according to their website.

Rodolfo Monjaraz "Rudy" was found in a field on July 6, 2022, next to the Cullen on-ramp to I-45 north. He was discovered by Houston Firefighters who were headed back to the station from another unrelated call. According to his family, Rudy was last seen the day before July 5, 2022, wearing a white sweater and jeans. Firefighters discovered him with just his boxers on. A homeless resident in the area told the family that they saw him earlier that morning at 8 a.m. They assumed he was asleep in the field and didn't think anything of it. Firefighters with the San Antonio Fire Department were dispatched at 10:50 p.m. on July 24 2022. According to a Battalion Chief on the scene, it was unclear exactly what started the fire. However, he stated that the fire started in a breezeway, and reached the attic of an apartment building inside the complex. The Chief also stated there were not any reported injuries to firefighters or residents at the complex. The officer who was shot last night by an armed suspect in the 6100 Block of Maywood in southwest Houston has been identified as Missouri City Police Officer Crystal Sepulveda. Post Oak and Beltway 8 in southwest Houston, early Saturday morning. At around 2:30 a.m., police were chasing a stolen vehicle in Southwest Houston. The suspect's vehicle ended up in someone's yard after the suspect lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle, a silver Hyundai Elantra had Florida license plates could be seen in the yard in front of 15506 Corsair Rd. The suspect bailed and fired at officers. In the post she claims that Lola, a black staff/pitty mix that is just four months old, was placed in an Uber on Friday morning around 8 a.m. Lola was supposed to show up at the Pearland Canine Resource Center, a veterinary clinic in Pearland, TX. Lola never made it. Instead, Rebecca claims that the Uber driver panicked after he pulled over at a Travel Center, (TA Express) off 288, and Almeda Genoa to clean the kennel.
