The plaintiff is pursuing claims against the company under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Man stabs three people at apartment complex in southeast Houston

The stabbing of three men that occurred on March 11 at 11:25 pm at 7575 Plum Creek Drive has resulted in charges being filed against the suspect, Raymundo Velasquez Ruiz, 58. He is facing three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the 230th State District Court. On March 2, 2023, deputies responded to a report of a missing person at a residence on Forest Lake Circle in New Caney, TX. Photo Courtesy of MCTX Sheriff The missing person, Amanda Cutrara, was last seen by a family member on March 2, 2023, at approximately 6 pm near her home. Amanda, who requires support from her adult family members due to her autism, was wearing a short-sleeved shirt, black and white floral pants, and sandals at the time of her disappearance. A detective was assigned to the case, and an extensive search was conducted in the area by EquuSearch, using ATVs, K9s, and personnel on March 8th and 9th, but no leads were found. Six Houston gang members indicted on federal charges

Six alleged members of the 100% Third Ward (103) Gang have been indicted by a federal grand jury in Houston on charges of aiding and abetting the use of a firearm to commit murder in aid of racketeering. The defendants are Shaquile O’Neal Richards, Alexandra Elizabeth Nicks, Deandre Watson, Marcus Dewane Christopher, Marquis Juwan Erskin and Mertroy Harris. The defendants are accused of involvement in a murder that occurred on London Street in the Third Ward in Houston in October 2017. The 103 Gang allegedly recruits new members primarily from the neighborhoods within the Third Ward area, and allegedly engages in criminal acts involving murder, robbery, narcotics distribution and assault. Man charged with murder after shooting another man and leaving him on a roadway to die in Fort Bend County

Brian Bush, 45, has been arrested and charged with murder in connection to the fatal shooting of Earl Green, 41, on February 28 at 16099 Blue Ridge Road. The charges were filed in the 458th District Court in Fort Bend County. Brian Bush - Courtesy of HPD Upon responding to the incident, HPD patrol officers found Green unresponsive in the roadway with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of Houston Fire Department paramedics, Green was pronounced dead at the scene. After conducting further investigations, Bush was identified as the suspect in the case. He was arrested on March 6 on an unrelated felony warrant, and subsequently charged for his involvement in Green's murder after consultation with homicide detectives and the Fort Bend County District Attorney's Office.

A suspect has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault of a family member and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the stabbing of a man and a woman at 9919 Richmond Avenue at about 8:15 p.m. on March 8. The suspect, Dailor J. Sanchez-Crespo, 25, allegedly had a physical altercation with the 21-year-old female victim, with whom he was in a dating relationship, and then physically assaulted her. David Burnham Thorpe, 67, has been charged with murder in the fatal shooting of Miguel Gracia, 34, at 9350 Country Creek Street on June 1, 2022. Thorpe was arrested on March 9. David Burnham Thorpe - Courtesy of HPD HPD Homicide Division detectives responded to a shooting call at the apartment complex and found Gracia unresponsive on a sidewalk. He was transported to a hospital where he was pronounced deceased. During the investigation, an apartment unit was identified as possibly being related to the shooting, and an armed male, later identified as Thorpe, was found inside. SWAT officers executed a search warrant and detained Thorpe for questioning. He was later released. Further investigation resulted in charges being filed against Thorpe, and he was arrested without incident...

A suspect has been arrested and charged with capital murder in the death of a woman at 9701 Stella Link Road on March 2. The suspect, Miroslav Liliev Mishev, 30, is currently in the Sutton County Jail, and his driver's license photo is attached to this news release. Miroslav Liliev Mishev - Courtesy of HPD The victim, Lilia Misheva, 69, was found deceased in her apartment after Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to a call. The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences determined that the cause of death was strangulation. Further investigation revealed that Mishev killed his mother after she refused to give him her car. He then fled the scene in her 2015 Honda Civic, wallet, and cell phone. He was later apprehended by Sutton County Sheriff's deputies in Sonora, Texas. ...

A stabbing in Magnolia is under investigation by MCTXSheriff

At approximately 12:45 pm on March 9, 2023, MCTXSheriff deputies responded to a call about a stabbing in the 41000 block of Buckhorn Lane in Magnolia. Upon arriving, deputies discovered that a 65-year-old male had been stabbed and immediately initiated life-saving procedures. The victim was transported to a local hospital and is currently in stable condition. It appears that the incident resulted from a family disturbance involving two brothers and their father. Man arrested in connection with deadly double shooting in southeast Houston

A suspect named Jose Fernandez, 24, has been arrested and charged with murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection with a fatal shooting at 7808 Bellfort Avenue on March 8. One man was found dead at the scene while another was taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds. Fernandez was identified as the suspect through a preliminary investigation, and he was later arrested and admitted to his role in the incident. The identity of the deceased victim is pending notification to family members.
