Major crash shuts down State Highway 6 northbound in Sugar Land
SUGAR LAND, TX – A major crash shut down all northbound lanes of State Highway 6 at Imperial Boulevard, according to the Sugar Land Police Department.

The closure was reported around 8:58 p.m., with traffic heading toward Voss Road directed to seek alternate routes as investigation crews worked the scene. An estimated four hours was needed to clear the roadway.
Injuries are unknown at this time. All lanes reopened at approximately 2:46 a.m.
