Update 12/4/25 - Houston Police have confirmed the crash at El Dorado Boulevard and Hickory Knoll Drive was fatal, stating the 42-year-old male driver of a Ford Focus died at the scene after failing to yield at a stop sign and being struck by an eastbound Ford F-250 pulling a trailer. The collision pushed both vehicles into westbound lanes, where the F-250 then struck an Acura MDX. HOUSTON, TX – A 48-year-old cyclist who had been reported missing since November 18, 2025, has been found safe, according to one of his friends. Jason Granger was the subject of a Houston Police Department Missing Persons Division investigation after he was last seen traveling between his home in West University and his workplace in the Heights. His disappearance prompted concern from those who knew him and led to public requests for information regarding his whereabouts. Granger has since been located and is safe.
