HOUSTON, TX – A major crash involving an overturned heavy-duty truck shut down the westbound lanes of IH-610 North Loop at the IH-45 North Freeway interchange Tuesday afternoon. According to the Lt. Garza with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the truck lost its load of gravel and a diesel spill was also reported at the scene. HOUSTON, TX – Charges have been filed against 31-year-old Kedrick Davol Henry after a deadly shooting that claimed the life of 43-year-old Kenneth Henry Jr. at a home on Church Road. According to the Houston Police Department, officers responded to the 12500 block of Church Road around 3:25 p.m. on August 18, 2025, where they found Kenneth Henry Jr. lying inside a residence with at least one gunshot wound. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported him to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
