HOUSTON - An 18-year-old man was found fatally shot outside an apartment complex in north Houston on Saturday night, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Deputies responded around 8 p.m. to the Hacienda Bonita Apartments in the 14400 block of Ella Boulevard after reports of a shooting. When deputies arrived, they found an approximately 18-year-old man unresponsive with a gunshot wound lying next to a vehicle in the entryway of the apartment complex. BELLAIRE, Texas — A three-alarm apartment fire damaged approximately 16 units at the Pont Alba Apartments in Bellaire on Saturday night, prompting a large multi-agency response. According to the Bellaire Fire Department, firefighters were dispatched around 9:30 p.m. to the apartment complex in the 4300 block of Bissonnet Street after receiving reports of a structure fire. Bellaire firefighters were assisted by the West University Place Fire Department, Southside Place Fire Department, and the Houston Fire Department. According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a shooting in progress call with reports of shots fired between approximately 7:15 and 7:30 p.m. at the Monticello on Cranbrook apartments in the 13900 block of Ella Boulevard.
