According to the Houston Police Department, officers received a call about a stalled blue Nissan that was stopped in the second lane of the freeway. A Jeep struck the rear of the Nissan. The driver of the Nissan was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Houston Fire Department. The age of the victim is not known at this time.
