October 21, 2022 – According to initial reports, a 12-year-old was shot in the 6000 block of Velma Ln, in north Houston. Police reported they have a possible suspect detained, a 22-year-old relative who was possibly playing with a gun, but it is too early in the investigation to determine if the shooting was accidental or not.
