A man is dead after he fell out of a wheelchair into a makeshift fire in Houston’s 3rd Ward, by the University of Houston.
According to Lt. Willkens of the Houston Police Department, a homeless in his 60’s was placed by a friend in a wheelchair next to a makeshift fire in the 2700 block of Scott Street in Houston, Texas. Police believe the man may have been intoxicated and fell out of the wheelchair into the fire.
