HOUSTON – A white Kia SUV slammed into a fire hydrant before being brought to a halt by a tree early this morning at a busy Houston intersection. The accident took place on the corner of Congress and Jackson at approximately 8:50 a.m. on June 8, 2023 in front of Minute Maid Park.
The Houston Fire Department and Houston Police were quick to respond to the scene. As of now, the extent of injuries from the accident, if any, remains unknown.
