Quadarrius Mosley faces two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and a charge of being a felon in possession of a weapon following an incident where he opened fire on a METRO bus. His bond has been set at $175,000 for all three charges.

The incident occurred around 11 p.m. on a bus traveling down Westheimer Road. A fight broke out among several passengers and a man, METRO police reported. When the bus stopped at 3300 Westheimer Rd., passengers forced the man off the bus.

As the bus departed, the man opened fire, shooting at the vehicle and shattering the glass, officials stated. METRO police confirmed that although no one was struck by gunfire, one individual suffered head injuries from the broken glass and was transported to a hospital for treatment.
