HOUSTON, TX – December 29, 2023 – A 16-year-old boy was shot in an incident near West Gulf Bank and Streamside around 11:00 PM. The victim, shot through the arm with the bullet possibly entering his torso, was walking with friends when a car approached. According to the teen, a couple of individuals exited the vehicle and opened fire. The group managed to make it back to his house.
