HOUSTON – On Jan. 1, 2024, at 1:55 a.m., officers from the 17th District Patrol Division and the Houston Fire Department were dispatched to the scene of a shooting at H2K Hookah Bar, located at 5900 Gulfton in Houston.
At the scene, a victim with a gunshot wound to the neck was discovered by the officers. The Houston Fire Department rendered aid to the victim, who was then transported to a local hospital to undergo surgery.
The incident unfolded after the victim entered H2K Hookah Bar through the back and was locked out for a time before being found by police and fire department personnel.
