HOUSTON, TX – A man was shot multiple times after he asked a suspect to leave his vehicle after he made his way in uninvited in the 3700 block of Rosalie around 11:30 p.m.
According to police, an unknown man made his way into the victim’s vehicle when he was dropping off a passenger with a cigarette in hand.
The driver questioned him and asked him to leave. The man left the vehicle but returned and started to open fire. The passenger was not struck, but the driver was struck at least three times.
The driver was taken to the hospital by the Houston Fire Department in serious condition.

The victim and the passenger were able to give a suspect description and officers spotted a suspect in the area. They detained him without incident and found two firearms on him.
