HOUSTON – An officer on routine patrol discovered a woman lying in the middle of a secluded street at approximately 10 p.m. in the 13400 block of Anagnost.
The woman believed to be in her mid-20s, was found under unclear circumstances. Shell casings were located on the street, but it remains unclear whether she was shot or struck by a vehicle. The HPD’s Homicide Division will be investigating to determine what happened.
