Houston Police have now announced that Juan Depaz, Junior was arrested after being indicted for his role in a crash that killed three people back on November 13, 2022. This crash occurred in the 2900 block of West Dallas shortly after 2 a.m.
Police say Depaz was driving a Jeep and failed to maintain a single lane and struck a Maserati Ghibli. Depaz, along with his passengers fled on foot from the crash. Two people in the Maserati were killed in the crash, and a third one was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced deceased, bringing the total to 3 victims. The driver of the Maserati also fled but was brought back to the scene by family members and was subsequently transported to the hospital in stable condition.
