HOUSTON, TX – Houston police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred at 4426 Willow Beach Drive around 6:45 p.m. on Saturday, December 7.
According to investigators, officers responded to reports of a shooting and found a man with multiple gunshot wounds lying next to his vehicle, a black Toyota Camry. Officers provided medical assistance until Houston Fire Department paramedics arrived and pronounced the man deceased at the scene. The victim’s identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
Witnesses reported seeing a white four-door Dodge Ram pickup truck parked on Willow Beach with two individuals inside and two males standing outside the vehicle. The victim reportedly arrived and interacted with the group before a physical altercation occurred, during which the victim was shot. The victim then attempted to flee in his vehicle but crashed into a nearby residence. The suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction.
