HOUSTON, TX – A man was caught on dashcam dragging a woman out of a vehicle early Monday morning on T.C. Jester near Washington Avenue.
The woman got back into a black vehicle and drove off. The man then followed her in another vehicle. A Houston Police Department Mobility Service Officer, who had been honking during the incident, took off shortly afterward, presumably to assist.
No further details have been released regarding the identities of those involved or any arrests.
