HOUSTON, TX – A man is dead and another in custody after a fatal shooting Tuesday afternoon at a hotel on the city’s west side.
Houston Police Westside officers responded to the OYO Hotel located in the 14800 block of the Katy Freeway, where they found an adult male deceased at the scene.
The suspect, also an adult male, fled on foot after the shooting. The Sugar Land Police Department later confirmed that the suspect turned himself in.
The Houston Police Department is leading the investigation.
