HARRIS COUNTY, TX – A fatal auto-pedestrian crash occurred late Monday night on the Eastex Freeway.
The crash took place in the 11300 block of the Eastex Freeway southbound. According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, an adult female pedestrian was confirmed deceased at the scene. The striking vehicle remained on location following the incident.
Southbound lanes of the Eastex Freeway were closed, with traffic diverted to the service road. Vehicular Crimes units are investigating the crash.
