HOUSTON, TX – A man was fatally shot at an apartment complex on Sherwood Lane in north Houston around 11 p.m. on July 5.
Houston Police responded to the 4600 block of Sherwood Lane and arrived to find a large crowd gathered. Officers located a Hispanic male in his early 30s who had sustained two gunshot wounds to the upper extremities.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced deceased shortly after arrival.
No suspect information or motive is known at this time.
