ATASCOCITA, TX – Pct. 4 Constable deputies assisted Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in apprehending a male suspect following a vehicle pursuit that ended in the 5300 block of FM 1960 Road East.
According to Constable Mark Herman, the male suspect intentionally chased an ICE vehicle and caused damage during the incident. Deputies responded to assist and successfully took the suspect into custody.
