HARRIS COUNTY, TX – On July 27, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the Ulta Beauty store located at 19507 North Freeway regarding a reported theft.
According to Constable Mark Herman, a Hispanic female suspect wearing a black top entered the store and stole $819 worth of merchandise before leaving without paying. Police are now looking for the suspect.
