HOUSTON, TX – A man was shot early Saturday morning at a homeless encampment near Rothwell and Nance streets.
The shooting was reported around 3 a.m. on Aug. 2. According to Houston police, the victim was struck in the buttocks and transported in non-critical condition to a nearby hospital.
Police said the victim was uncooperative and did not provide information about how the shooting occurred or who may have been responsible.
