FORT BEND COUNTY, TX – First Service Credit Union, the official credit union of the Sugar Land Space Cowboys, announced the grand opening of its newest branch in Sugar Land, located at 3601 Highway 6.
The celebration will take place Saturday, Aug. 16, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will feature a special appearance by Orion, the Space Cowboys mascot, and a meet-and-greet with team player Kenedy Corona. Attendees can enjoy ballpark-style snacks, games, activities, and giveaways. Customers who open an account during August will be entered to win 2026 Space Cowboys season tickets and signed memorabilia.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 21, at 11 a.m. The new branch expands First Service’s presence in the Houston metro area, offering access to its full range of financial services.
