HARRIS COUNTY, TX – According to Constable Mark Herman, deputies arrested a driver who fled through an active fatal crash investigation on September 2, 2025.
Deputies were investigating a crash in the 21700 block of Cypresswood Drive when a vehicle disregarded emergency equipment and drove directly through the scene. Constable deputies attempted to stop the vehicle, but the driver refused, leading to a brief pursuit.
The vehicle was eventually stopped safely, and the driver, identified as Trevarius Julian, was taken into custody. He was booked into the Harris County Jail on a charge of fleeing police.
Julian’s bond was set at $100 by County Court 4.
