HARRIS COUNTY, TX – Constable Mark Herman’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a reported runaway.
Jamilla Ishmon, 14, was last seen on September 8, 2025, in the 20200 block of Fox Glen Lane in Harris County. She is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, a slim build, and a dark brown complexion.
