HARRIS COUNTY, TX – Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office assisted ICE agents after multiple occupants fled on foot from a traffic stop near North Sam Houston Parkway West and T.C. Jester Boulevard.
After an extensive search, the individuals who fled were not located, and the perimeter was terminated.
