HOUSTON, TX – Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a man at 6633 West Airport Boulevard at 12:30 a.m. on January 29, 2019.
The suspect, Trevon Demitri Lewis, 28, is charged with murder in the 337th Criminal District Court.
The victim has been identified as Terry Clark, 44. According to the Houston Police Department’s Homicide Division, Clark was found deceased inside his apartment at the location. Witnesses reported hearing gunfire and then saw two men flee the apartment and leave in a white SUV.
Further investigation identified Lewis as a suspect. He was charged on September 18 and later arrested by members of HPD’s South Gessner Patrol Division’s Crime Suppression Team with assistance from the U.S. Marshals Service. Lewis was booked into the Harris County Jail.
