HARRIS COUNTY, TX – A man is wanted in connection with an assault that occurred during a visit to a Spring-area residence.
According to Constable Mark Herman’s Office, deputies responded to a call around 3:02 a.m. on September 17, 2025, in the 14100 block of Cornelia Drive. The victim reported that she had invited a friend, identified as Marcelino Estrada, to watch a movie.
During the visit, Estrada allegedly made unwanted advances toward the victim. When she told him to stop, he reportedly grabbed her face and neck, causing pain, before leaving the residence.
A charge of assault was filed, and Estrada is now wanted in Harris County. A warrant has been issued through Court 16, and his bond has been set at $100.00.
