HOUSTON, TX – A submerged vehicle was located in Brays Bayou underneath the Gulf Freeway late last night, prompting a response from Houston police and fire personnel.
Due to the nature of the situation, the HPD Dive Team was requested to assist. It is currently unknown if anyone was inside the vehicle.
