HOUSTON, TX — A pedestrian was pronounced deceased after being struck by a vehicle in the 10700 block of Westheimer.
The crash occurred around 9:15 p.m. when a driver traveling eastbound struck a pedestrian. Police said the driver initially left the scene but later returned.
The pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene. No charges have been filed at this time.
