HOUSTON, TX – METRO Police are investigating a reported weapons disturbance that occurred on a bus on Sweetwater near Gulf Bank.

According to METRO, preliminary information indicates two adult males were involved in a verbal confrontation when one of the individuals produced a weapon and discharged it. No passengers or the bus operator were struck or injured by the projectile.

The incident remains under investigation.
