HOUSTON, TX – A vehicle struck a utility pole in front of the EchoPark Automotive car dealership, breaking the pole in half and causing a power outage in the area.
The vehicle was towed from the scene.
CenterPoint Energy was called, and approximately 1,900 customers were without power in the surrounding area.
Injuries and what led up to the crash are unknown at this time.
